Multiple Opportunity, we are now looking for:

1) Openings for Customer service:-

Knowledge/Experience :

• Any graduation
• 0-2 yeas of experience in a Call Center environment with exposure to customer service and handling both inbound and outbound calls

Competencies/Skills:

• Negotiation skills, conversational, ability to multitask and handle large volumes of outbound calls delivering very high levels of quality and accuracy an eye for perfection
• Fluent and conversational in English, Hindi, Malyalam and Tamil
• Willingness to work in Shifts.

2) Openings for Account Process:-

• Any Banking / Finance Graduates with Accounting Knowledge.
• Good Accounting Knowledge
• Ability to understand banking / financial products.
• 1 – 3 yrs of Relevant experience
• Willingness to work in Shifts.

3) Openings for Reconciliation process:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Matching the books of accounts of sponsor and manager daily and making them available for trading on time
• Manual reconciliation of sponsor-manager accounts
• Raising all related issues to the client daily
• Performing MIS on a daily basis.
• Peforming internal quality check on a daily basis
• 0 – 3 yrs of relevant experience.
• Additional knowledge/experience of Securities Operations and Knowledge of mutual funds, equities, bonds will be added advantage
• Willingness to work in Shifts.
